1. What are the courier channels available ?

Our aim is to deliver your order at your doorstep fast and safe. Towards this effort, we have partnered with multiple courier companies like FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees and Aramex to give you an excellent shipping experience.

2. How can I buy the products in bulk?

We agree! Our products are simply awesome and buying one is just not enough. You can place bulk orders by contacting us via info@jallan.in or just call us at +91-8928023732 (10 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday).

3. How long does it take the product to reach me?

Our products are shipped from Navi Mumbai and it takes us 3 -5 days to deliver goods to your doorstep.

4. I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return by reaching out to us on info@jallan.in or just call us at +91 8928023732 (10AM – 4:30PM, Monday to Friday) and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

5. How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from “My Orders” or “Track Order” sections of our website. Or, you can send a request to info@jallan.in or call our at +91- 8928023732. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable .

6. How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive mail on the registered email about the status of your order. You can also check it on our website under “My Order” section. Once you order on our website, you will receive mail about the order confirmation and the expected delivery date of your order, along with tracking link. You can anytime track the order status.

7. Can I return the product to Jallan?

If the products delivered to you are damaged/ defective, then only we can consider your return request. Please send a request to info@jallan.in or call at +91- 8928023732.

8. Within what duration do I have to make the return request?

If the received product is damaged/ defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of the receipt. We might ask to share a snapshot at info@jallan.in
